The candles are poured by hand with a lot of love in Austria.

We only use high-quality soy wax from Europe for our candles.

Basically, our candles are used decoratively. If you decide to light the candle, the different sizes and shapes result in different burning times. For our 8.5 - 10 cm body candles, the burning time ranges from 45-60 minutes. The burning time for our 20 cm candle is up to 300 minutes.

We currently ship to the following countries:
EU, Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates

All of our products are made by hand. Therefore the production times can vary. We ship the candles within 3-10 business days.

All our packages use a tracking number. As soon as the package is sent by us, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

The costs of returning a package from a packing station after the package was not picked up on time must be borne by the customer.

We accept returns of items within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please note that we do not bear the cost of returning the items.
