    Each of our quote candles is available in every one of our scents; you create the combination yourself. Here you choose the quote and then decide whether it should smell like lime and basil or a forest on a cold day. All scents are based on French fragrance oils – no headaches after two hours, no synthetic aftertaste.

  • Cast in Vienna

    Every candle contains rapeseed-coconut wax from Europe, free from phthalates and parabens, vegan, 220 g in a glass with a 40-hour burn time. We pour by hand in small batches in our workshop in Vienna, and because it is handcrafted, every candle looks slightly different – that is not a flaw, that is the point. For every order, we plant a tree together.

    If you prefer to pour them yourself, that is also possible: In our candle workshop in Vienna, you make your own scented candle and take it home with you the same evening. And for orders of 25 candles or more, we can pour them with your chosen text – for corporate gifts, weddings, or team events.

FAQ

Are scented candles harmful?

That depends entirely on the wax. Cheap scented candles are usually made of paraffin, a petroleum product, and synthetic fragrances such as phthalates. Our scented jar candles are made from rapeseed-coconut wax from Europe, are vegan, and free from phthalates and parabens. Read more about this in our article "What's really in scented candles".

What are your candles made of?

Our scented candles in glass are made from European rapeseed-coconut wax with French fragrance oils and are vegan. Sculpture, body, and sneaker candles are made of soy wax or a soy wax blend.

How long does a candle burn?

40 hours at 220 g.

What to do if the candle tunnels?

Prevention is easier than repair: let the candle burn long enough the first time you light it for the entire wax surface to melt – this usually takes two to three hours. Otherwise, the wax will "remember" the small rim and only burn down the middle next time.

How else do I burn the candle correctly?

Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each lighting. The glass will become hot; only move the candle when it is extinguished and cooled, and never leave it burning unattended. Fragrance oils may cause reactions in sensitive individuals.

Can the candle be sent directly to the gift recipient?

Yes. Enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. Freebies are always included, and you can add a suitable greeting card for €4 or more.

How much is shipping?

We deliver free of charge to Austria on orders over €50.

Can I get a candle with my own personal message?

Not for individual orders – our sayings are produced in small batches, but they are meticulously designed. For orders of 25 candles or more, we can cast them with your custom text, for example for corporate gifts or weddings.
