Candles

Where are the candles made?

The candles are poured by hand with a lot of love in Austria.

What wax is used for the candles?

We only use high-quality soy wax from Europe for our candles.

How long do the candles burn?

Basically, our candles are used decoratively. If you decide to light the candle, the different sizes and shapes result in different burning times. For our 8.5 - 10 cm body candles, the burning time ranges from 45-60 minutes. The burning time for our 20 cm candle is up to 300 minutes.

Is there a return guarantee?

Yes, your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we offer a 30-day return guarantee .

If the piece of jewelry does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within this period.

Shipment

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the following countries:
EU, Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

All of our products are made by hand. Therefore the production times can vary. We ship the candles within 3-10 business days.

Are the packages tracked?

All our packages are provided with a tracking number. As soon as we send the package, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

What happens if a shipment is not picked up by a packing station and is sent back to you?

The costs for returning a parcel from a packing station after the parcel has not been picked up on time are to be borne by the customer

We accept returns of items within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging. Please note that we will not cover the cost of returning the items.

What happens if the delivery arrives damaged?

We are very sorry if your order arrived damaged.

Please email us at info@itsmakagi.com within 5 days of receiving your item with a picture of the packaging and item so we can investigate what happened and we will be happy to send you a new shipment free of charge.

What can I do if an item is missing from my order?

We are very sorry that an item is missing from your order.
Please send us an email to info@itsmakagi.com within 5 days of receiving the goods with the exact information about what is missing. We will then be happy to send you a new shipment free of charge.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over 50 € to Austria and Germany. You can find shipping information for all other countries here .
