Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

1 Sweepstakes Survey

The “Survey” Sweepstakes is organized by Makagi, Leibnizgasse 61/20 1100 Vienna (“Makagi” or the “Promoter”).

Participation is voluntary and free of charge. The participants (hereinafter apply

2 Participation/Procedure

Participation can only take place via the Internet and, in the case of participation via the Internet, requires answering the survey email.

In order to enter, the entrant must take the action outlined on the Sweepstakes entry page. Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in the EU and Switzerland who have reached the age of 18.

Makagi employees are excluded from participation.

Multiple entries will only be considered for the last one. Participation via lottery services, automated mass participation procedures of third parties, agencies or other commercial providers is not permitted.
In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, Makagi reserves the right to exclude the participant from the competition. If necessary, winnings can be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed in these cases.

By participating in the competition, the participant expressly agrees that the campaign page will be linked to his/her profile page and that he/she will be informed of any prize by email. The privacy settings on your own profile are not affected.


3 Determination of Winners

At the end of the term, prizes will be raffled among all participants.
Winners will be notified via email and/or message. They can also be published by name on Makagi's Facebook or Instagram page. The winners must confirm the prize by sending a personal message to Makagi, stating their first and last name and postal address, within 2 working days, otherwise the right to the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn from the remaining participants in the respective participation period.

Makagi reserves the right to make additional prize distributions for the purpose of incentivising participants. Cash payment of the prizes or any winning set is not possible. The profit claim is non-transferable.

5 Use Rights

By participating in the competition, the participant expressly agrees to this

In cases where the participant revokes their consent to the use of the entry, they are automatically no longer entitled to continue participating in the competition. There are no further disadvantages for the participant.

6 Data protection/consent to use personal data

If you win, you must submit your full address.

We use your name to ensure personal and professional support for you. We need the address to be able to deliver the prize.

By participating in the campaign, you consent to Makagi processing and using your personal data to carry out the competition. We therefore ask you for your declaration of consent in these conditions of participation, without which participation in the competition is unfortunately not possible.

By participating, you agree to Makagi that

You can revoke your declaration of consent at any time with future effect to Makagi , Leibnizgasse 61/20 1100 Vienna by email to info@itsmakagi.com. There are no special fees (beyond the regular transmission fees). (Further) participation in the competition is not (or no longer) possible if you do not give or withdraw your consent.

Your data will only be passed on to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery/delivery of this prize to you. Your personal data will not be transmitted to other third parties or used for other advertising purposes without your consent, unless we are legally obliged to release data or we engage third parties who are bound to professional secrecy to enforce our claims. 7 Limitation of Liability

All information provided by femitale, in particular in connection with the publication of winners' names, etc., is provided without guarantee.

Insofar as claims are asserted by a winner in connection with the prizes received, these are to be directed, insofar as legally permissible, directly against the manufacturer/dealer, supplier, tour operator or other service provider. Should Makagi have any claims in this regard, these will be assigned to the respective winners.

In particular, Makagi is not liable for damage that may result from errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, disruptions or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way when participating in the competition, unless such damage is caused by Makagi or grossly be brought about negligently. Liability for culpable injury to life, limb or health remains unaffected.

8 Miscellaneous

The law of the Republic of Austria is applicable. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the others remains
Conditions of participation are unaffected by this. Makagi may change, suspend or terminate the competition at any time if this is necessary due to circumstances beyond Makagi's control or if this is the only way to ensure that the competition is carried out properly. Of the
Legal recourse is excluded.
